Synopsis

Sean confronted Blake, a disreputable operator of "shark tours." Blake’s practice involved deliberately dispersing chum to attract predatory sharks, drawing them to the area for the spectacle of underwater viewing through caged platforms. This, however, had transformed the beaches into perilous environments, teeming with sharks.
