Synopsis

Sean and Leigh find themselves in grave peril after rescuing two surfers from a reef in Maui. One of the surfers falls ill, and Sean grows suspicious of the cause, suspecting a connection to the reef itself. Their investigation into a local company leads to their capture by the corrupt department head, who seeks to conceal the company's use of toxic chemicals in the creation of an artificial reef.
