Synopsis

Mitch attempts to dissuade Jessie from allowing her grandfather, a World War II veteran who survived the USS Utah at Pearl Harbor, to take his own life. The grandfather is burdened by survivor's guilt, a profound sense of responsibility stemming from the loss of his comrades on the morning of December 7th, 1941.
