Synopsis

A spectral figure at the water's edge haunts Eddie’s vision, a sight dismissed by those around him as a descent into delusion. Meanwhile, Hobie discovers that a friend’s beloved animal is slated for euthanasia following an alleged attack, and he makes a quiet determination to offer assistance to both.
