Synopsis

A peculiar affliction has reached the U.S. Mint, with the Penguin introducing Lygerian Sleeping Sickness into the ink itself. As news of the contaminated currency spreads, citizens of Gotham City began discarding it—piles of cash strewn across the streets, directly enriching the Penguin’s coffers. However, when Bruce Wayne alerted the world to the tainted bills, the Penguin found his sudden wealth rendered utterly worthless and now threatens a more sinister scheme unless the warning is silenced.
