Synopsis

Returning to his glacial base of operations, Mr. Freeze convinced the captive Professor Isaacson to construct for him a thermodynamic ice ray. He issued a stark ultimatum: unless his demands were met, he would begin freezing the entire nation. To illustrate his threat, he then demonstrated the weapon’s power. While the villain finalized the specifics of his requests, Batman and Robin followed the trail of his seal, Isolde, through Gotham Harbor's icy waters to pinpoint his hidden lair.
