Synopsis

The Joker materialized within an art gallery, transforming canvases with bursts from spray-painting guns. Surprisingly, instead of outrage, his alterations were lauded as genuine artistic expression. Following further acclaim at an international competition, the Joker established his own academy for the arts. However, Batman and Robin grew suspicious, sensing a hidden agenda when he admitted only wealthy millionaires as students.
