Catwoman proceeded with her plan to steal a collection of Batagonian Cat's Eye opals, but found herself struggling to locate a buyer; such distinctive stones would inevitably draw unwanted attention. With few options remaining, she resolved to claim the reward money by turning them in. It appeared an ideal task for Freddy the Fence, someone she knew.
