Synopsis

The Minstrel, a criminal possessing both musical aptitude and a knack for technology, was disrupting the Gotham City Exchange in a scheme to extort its members. Discovering that Batman and Robin were surprisingly adept at electronics as well, he considered them an obstacle to his plan and devised a trap intended to eliminate them.
