Synopsis

The relentless media assault on Batman and Robin persists, fueled by Mr. Freeze’s manipulative schemes. With public disapproval steadily rising, the Dynamic Duo resolve to temporarily retire from their heroic duties. However, when Mr. Freeze issues an ultimatum – a staggering demand of one billion dollars, or he will plunge Gotham City into a glacial freeze – the Caped Crusaders find themselves duty-bound to return and thwart the villain’s icy plot.
