Synopsis

The Penguin discovered the venue for the Multi-millionaires’ Annual Award Dinner through Alfred – it was to be held aboard Bruce Wayne’s yacht, the S.S. Gotham Neptune. His accomplice, Finella, disguised herself as Miss Natural Resources, the beauty queen representing the chosen charity, and emerged from a towering cake at the dinner. She then released a gas that incapacitated all the attending multimillionaires, alongside Bruce Wayne and his stand-ins, Batman and Robin.
