Synopsis

Fresh from prison, The Penguin has established a security firm, diligently disrupting the operations of petty criminals throughout Gotham. Concerned by this apparent rehabilitation, Batman and Robin dispatched Alfred undercover, intending to observe the reformed Penguin and his new circle of high-society acquaintances. Yet, with characteristic foresight, The Penguin had foreseen their plan, deftly turning the tables and branding Batman and Robin as fugitives rather than himself.
