Synopsis

At Woodrow Roosevelt High School, an unusual event unfolded: a vending machine began dispensing money unexpectedly. Dick Grayson happened to be present when it occurred. Soon after, Batman discovered that the machines were maintained by a company recently acquired by the Joker following his release from prison.
