Synopsis

Jervis Tetch, known as the Mad Hatter, is systematically kidnapping the jurors who previously found him guilty of a series of crimes. He’s also seizing their hats. His ultimate objective appears to be Batman himself, whose crucial testimony sealed the Mad Hatter's conviction. Though Batman and Robin have managed to trap the Mad Hatter and his associates, the criminal genius has nonetheless devised a way to immobilize the Caped Crusader, encasing him in solid plaster of Paris.
