Synopsis

Kotaro encounters two brothers, Makoto and Yuki, who possess extraordinary psychic abilities. Yuki is abducted by the Fly Mutant, who intends to awaken the Phantom Monsters and initiate an invasion of Tokyo. Determined to resist, Kotaro confronts the creatures only to discover they can become incorporeal, evading his every strike. Will Kotaro discover a means to finally end this escalating chaos?
