Synopsis

Kotaro Minami, fleeing the enigmatic organization known as Golgom, finds himself undergoing a terrifying transformation. The changes, orchestrated by Golgom's deeper designs, awaken a horrifying new form within him. Faced with this unsettling evolution, he is compelled to embrace it, choosing to wield its power as Kamen Rider Black in a desperate fight against his pursuers.
