Synopsis

Driven by a sudden impulse, a boy seeks to enlist in a Neo Shocker recruitment effort, aiming for a squadron of child Ari Commandos. This compels Hiroshi to intervene, striving to halt this insidious new tactic before it can poison the minds of its vulnerable recruits.
