But Shigeru harbors a secret: he suspects Black Satan themselves were responsible for his friend’s death, and he's manipulating them to gain the strength he needs. Just as they attempt to fully control him, Shigeru breaks free from Black Satan headquarters, emerging as the powerful Kamen Rider Stronger. During his escape, he encounters Yuriko Misaki, another cyborg warrior created by Black Satan who possesses the extraordinary ability to transform into Electro-Wave Human Tackle. United in their opposition to evil, Stronger and Tackle join forces, battling both Black Satan and later the formidable Delza Army in a desperate fight to restore peace across Japan.
