Synopsis

Kamen Rider Para-DX, at Level 99, has vanquished Ex-Aid, Brave, and Snipe. Meanwhile, Parado begins to seize control of Emu’s body, determined to maintain his parasitic hold. To the astonishment of the other Riders, Poppy produces a Proto Mighty Action X Gashat and a Gamer Driver, recovered through fragmented memories of a younger Kuroto. The purpose of this Gashat remains unclear. Yet, wielding the power of Level 0, Poppy strives to restore Emu to his former self.
