Synopsis

Nira surrounded the Special Investigations Unit, intending to draw Shinnosuke into an ambush. Her plan was to frame him for the entire affair, then kill him, staging the scene as a case of self-defense, using the same weapon that had taken his father's life. Meanwhile, the other Riders faced grim circumstances: Go battled Heart for Banno’s tablet, and Chase was powerless to save Yukari from a poison administered by the Mad Doctor.
