Synopsis

Following Gremlin's demise, Haruto finds himself adrift in the World of Kaijin, a realm parallel to his own, populated by creatures forged by an entity known as Amadum. This being seeks to usurp the powers of the Kamen Riders for its own purposes. To combat this threat, Haruto will draw upon the Legend Rider Rings, summoning thirteen Heisei Kamen Riders to his aid.
