Synopsis

As Haruto attempts to offer assistance to Shiho, a woman whose world is unraveling in the wake of a Ghoul attack and the emergence of a new Phantom, Rinko pursues the identity of a young man involved in a drunken brawl, unaware that he is the very Phantom she seeks.
