Synopsis

Section Zero of the National Security Agency acquires a green Magic Stone, prompting Kizaki to abduct Wajima. His intention is to commission a Wizard Ring of his own. Simultaneously, a Phantom appears, birthing a new one from a child journeying from Akita to Tokyo, leaving Haruto to continue his mission alone.
