Synopsis

Kougami extends an invitation to Eiji and Ankh, requesting their presence to mark the milestone of Kamen Rider's thousandth episode. He proposes a celebratory film, and Kazari finds himself unexpectedly drawn to a Shocker grunt who joins the production.
