Synopsis

Yoshioka Masaru, Kazami Shiro's formidable rival, along with other leading competitors in the All Japan Motorcross Championship, fall victim to Destron's Lens-Ant. The villainous mutation transforms them into the Destron Hell Squad, intending to plunder a convoy transporting a satellite powered by nuclear energy. Adding to the peril, Junko and Shigeru are also captured! Will Shiro manage to rescue his companions? Can V3 overcome not one, but two mutants, all on his own?
