Synopsis

The Great Leader launches "Operation D," a desperate, final assault aimed at conquering Japan. Destron reactivates Deadman-Bat, Fireball-Walrus, and Plantaingan, sending them to attack Rider Scouts Headquarters, where they abduct Junko and the Scouts.
