Synopsis

The Mutant Chameleon returns, transformed into the Vampire-Chameleon, and Marshal Armor tasks him with a grim mission: to collect the blood of innocent children. Kazami Shiro encounters young Kenichi, burdened by a deep despair stemming from his conviction that he has witnessed a mutant. When the Vampire-Chameleon attacks Kenichi’s school, Shiro and Joji are confronted with a terrible choice. Facing a tide of vampire children, they find themselves unable to bring themselves to kill them.
