Synopsis

The ruler of Destron has come to Japan. As V3 and Riderman pursue him, they find themselves ensnared in a carefully laid trap. Simultaneously, the Destron mutant Thorned-Starfish initiates his devastating plan to obliterate Tokyo. Trapped in a suffocating embrace, V3 and Riderman are rescued by the arrival of Tachibana Tobei. Together, V3 and Riderman confront Thorned-Starfish, but as V3 prepares to challenge the Destron Leader, Riderman unexpectedly steps forward to shield him.
