Synopsis

At the last possible moment, V3 rescues Riderman from Sickleneck-Tortoise's nerve gas. Yet, Riderman remains resistant to V3’s warnings concerning Destron; his focus is solely on exacting revenge against Marshal Armor. Simultaneously, Marshal Armor initiates his scheme to disperse the nerve gas, claiming lives among the innocent citizens of Tokyo. As Kazami Shiro investigates, with Yuki Joji in close pursuit, Sickleneck-Tortoise shadows them both.
