Synopsis

The Snailbura implants of Marshal Armor burrowed into the inhabitants of the apartment complex, depositing insidious eggs. Within the victims' bloodstreams, these incubated, developing into larvae designed for enslavement. The Snailbura’s initial assignment was the assassination of Kazami Shiro, but the agent perished before completing her task. Consumed by grief, Shiro’s sister, Misako, accused her of murder. In response, Snailbura offered Misako the power to avenge her sister's death.
