Synopsis

The monstrous Deadman-Bat, a product of Destron's genetic manipulation and fueled by a virus known as the Himalayan Devil, enslaves the inhabitants of apartment buildings across the world's great cities, transforming them into vampire thralls. When Rider Scout Kiyoshi discovers his elder brother among the victims, he and Shigeru are ambushed by the creature.
