Synopsis

Archbishop Wing intends to employ the venom of the monstrous Plantaingan, amplified by thirty thousand volts of electricity, to produce miniature human forms for integration into cyborgs. A mutant has abducted a young boy's sister, and Kazami Shiro must battle to secure her release. Meanwhile, Plantaingan launches an assault on Rider Scouts Headquarters, seeking to eliminate a captured Destron soldier and menacing Tachibana Tobei and his company. Can V3 intervene to avert this deadly fate?
