Synopsis

A desperate call reaches Rider Scouts HQ from a Destron defector, warning of a wicked scheme, only to be cut short by a dead line. Investigating the location, Kazami Shiro discovers a locker key and is immediately attacked by Bloodthirsty-Mammoth, managing to evade his assailant. He recovers photographs of three members of parliament – targets in Baron Fang's plan to subjugate Japan through mind control. Shiro then assumes the identity of one of these men and is taken to Destron’s hidden base. C
