Synopsis

Baron Fang revives Smilodon, the sorceress and ancestral mother of the Tusk Tribe, with the intent to vanquish the Kamen Riders. Assuming the guise of Ayanokoji, she delivers a voodoo doll that poisons Hongo Takeshi, who is subsequently hospitalized. When Kazami Shiro arrives at the scene, she attacks him as Primordial-Tiger, managing to subdue V3 and imprison him alongside Hongo. Her next target is Ichimonji Hayato—can Hayato liberate his comrades and overcome Smilodon?
