Synopsis

Blamed for the demise of the Shocker Commandants, Doktor G unleashes Camera-Mosquito, a device that steals faces in a desperate bid to seize control of Japan. Simultaneously, Destron Hunter Sakuma Ken pilfers microfilm containing vital Destron secrets, becoming the focus of Camera-Mosquito's attention. Kazami Shiro intervenes to rescue Sakuma and delivers the microfilm to Professor Tadokoro for decryption, but Camera-Mosquito has already claimed his face. Can V3 triumph?
