Synopsis

Confined by the iron law of the Five Commandants, Kazami Shiro finds himself in a prison from which there seems no escape. Determined to free him, Tachibana Tobei assumes the guise of a scientist possessing an antidote to the nerve gas and is subsequently abducted. Simultaneously, Shiro reverses the situation, taking Ambassador Hell hostage in a desperate bid for freedom. Yet, to rescue both Tachibana and Junko, he must once again infiltrate the outpost.
