Synopsis

Rider Scout Shotaro discovers the remains of Shocker mutants within a lakeside cave. Though the mutants are absent upon his arrival, Kazami Shiro is ambushed by Destron's formidable Quoit-Beetle. Destron schemes to obliterate Japan, intending to resurrect fallen Shocker Commandants – Colonel Zol, Doctor Death, Ambassador Hell, and General Black – through the deployment of a newly synthesized toxic gas, Girard Gamma.
