Synopsis

On Hatsushima Island, the Rider Scouts are undergoing training when they discover a disturbing development: a mutated Speargun-Sea Lion has established an underwater base to produce poison gas. Destron intends to transport this deadly weapon through an underground canal to Mount Fuji, where prevailing winds would disperse the gas across vast distances. Kazami Shiro orders an immediate evacuation, but the Scouts hesitate, unwilling to leave a comrade behind. Can V3 intervene before Destron unleas
