Synopsis

At Tatsunoko Point, Kazami Shiro arrives to find Destron relentlessly sinking vessels in an attempt to dominate the oceans. His mission takes a grim turn when he encounters torpedoes from Blowfish-Apache, leading him to a hidden weapons factory where enslaved people toil. With Tachibana Tobei’s assistance, Shiro manages to infiltrate the Destron stronghold, only to be lured into a deadly ambush, plunging them both into the depths. Will V3 be able to rescue Tachibana and thwart Destron's ambition
