Synopsis

Toad-Boiler ambushes Interpol agent George Kamamoto, attempting to intercept a coded document destined for Kazami Shiro from Riders One and Two. V3 intervenes, rescuing Kamamoto before departing for Chichibu, as indicated by the document's instructions. Toad-Boiler desperately urges V3 to transform, then assaults him with a white fluid—a substance that leeches V3’s power. Can V3 withstand the attack and uncover the secret entrusted to him by the Double Riders?
