Synopsis

The Razor-Starfish contingent of Destron joins forces with the Lens-Ant, launching an assault on V3. Their objective: to pilfer a shipment of nuclear satellite fuel. Simultaneously, Tachibana Tobei and the Rider Scouts are captured during their desperate search for Junko and Shigeru. Can Kazami Shiro discover an antidote for the Hell Squad's affliction, rescue his companions from imminent demise, and confront both the mutant cyborgs?
