Synopsis

The peace painstakingly secured following the defeat of Gel-Shocker by Kamen Riders One and Two is now fractured by the emergence of Destron, a clandestine organization of formidable power. They eliminate all who bear witness to their wicked deeds, focusing their attention on Shiro Kazami, a promising young motocross racer. When Scissors Jaguar murders his family, Shiro swears vengeance and transforms into Kamen Rider V3.
