Synopsis

In 1986, Yuri presses her inquiry into Otoya, relaying her findings to Shima. The latter ultimately decides against welcoming Otoya into their ranks. Years later, in 2008, Wataru strives to make amends for his father's transgressions. However, he encounters an individual who will not grant forgiveness to Otoya, particularly as she undergoes her transformation into the Moth Fangire.
