Synopsis

Appendicitis forces Asumu into an urgent operation, bringing his high school life to an abrupt standstill until recovery. Meanwhile, Hitomi unexpectedly encounters her cousin, while Asumu, leaving the hospital, receives a few words of counsel from a stranger.
