Synopsis

Now transformed into a Kamen Rider himself, Shinji seeks further understanding from another Rider and his partner. The enigmatic dragon continues its pursuit, while his partner speaks of her brother. Having witnessed the battle he now joins, Shinji resolves to fight alongside them as Kamen Rider Ryuki.
