Synopsis

Shoichi Tsugami and Makoto Hikawa have at last forged a solid partnership, their camaraderie restored. Shoichi believes the key to understanding Kaoru Kino's attack lies in speaking with him, in unraveling the reasons behind his preoccupation with the past. Meanwhile, the El of Water has recovered its strength and now intends to eradicate all the Riders once and for all.
