Synopsis

Following his furious assault on the V-1 system and the enigmatic second bee, and his subsequent attack on Agito, Makoto Hikawa collapses within the G3-X system. He is hospitalized, and it is there, in the sterile quiet, that he begins to understand: despite the G3-X's flawless design, his own imperfections are numerous. Turning to the only other individual he considers a worthy successor to the G3-X, Makoto seeks out Shoichi Tsugami.
