Synopsis

The strain of his duties finally proved too much, and Makoto Hikawa was compelled to relinquish his role as operator of the G3-X. Sumiko Ozawa believed Makoto’s approach was overly forceful; she felt he lacked the necessary fluidity to truly connect with the G3-X's artificial intelligence. She desired someone lighter, more at ease – someone like Shoichi Tsugami.
