Synopsis

With their ambitions to build a foothold on the southern point of the Kii Peninsula thwarted, the Shocker organization resorts to a desperate measure: they employ Crabking to kidnap Doctor Sakai, the oceanographer who envisions a self-sustaining underwater farm.
