Synopsis

A chilling presence has taken root in a remote mountain village: a training camp established by a mysterious entity known only as Shocker. The camp’s grim purpose is revealed in the actions of its most formidable student, the Sea Snake Man. Equipped with the Prism Eye, a device capable of distorting perception, he stalks the villagers, enacting a terrifying ritual of execution.
